Ingredients
  

  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1 5 oz can of Tuna Drained
  • 1 tablespoon Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • punch of salt and black pepper
  • Soy Sauce mixed with Wasabi for Dipping

Instructions
 

  • With a large knife cut thin strips of cucumber longwise.
    1 English Cucumber, 1 Carrot cut into thin strips
  • Mix the drained tuna, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    1 5 oz can of Tuna Drained, 1 tablespoon Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, punch of salt and black pepper, Soy Sauce mixed with Wasabi for Dipping

You can make the tuna anyway you like. This is just my quick and dirty salad recipe when I’m in a pinch. To make the roll add a tablespoon of the tuna salad on on end of a cucumber strop and top with a few thin carrot
slices.
