Simple Honey Lemon Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Salmon fillets about 4 oz each
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup grated frozen lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle a little salt on each fillet and top each with about 2 tablespoons of the lemon. Then drizzle each with a teaspoon of honey.
    Kosher salt, 2 teaspoon honey, ¼ cup grated frozen lemon, 2 Salmon fillets about 4 oz each
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • I served mine with roasted cauliflower and a quick fried rice I pulled together with what I had in the fridge. Adding some grated lemon, of course! 🙂
