Wash and prepare the the kale. Remove the stems and ball up leaves to run your knife through making thin ribbons. Place in a bowl with the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and salt. Massage the leaves and set aside.

Spread the kale on a plate and top with the blueberries and almonds.
