Apple Spinach Slaw

Pour the bag of slaw mix in a large bowl.
Chop the spinach in thin strips.
100 g of spinach
Slice the apple thin. You could make sticks but I left then larger. I wanted them to stand out from the cabbage.
Add the spinach and apple to the bowl and set aside.
1 medium delicious apple
In another bowl, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, oil, honey, and salt to make the dressing.
3 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Pour the dressing over the apples, spinach and slaw. Toss.
1 16 oz bag of cole slaw mix
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
