Ingredients
  

  • 100 g ripe cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 small orange peeled
  • 50 g raw spinach
  • ½ cup 114g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put the cantaloupe, orange and spinach in your blender. Just don’t do what I did and put the spinach near the blades. The melon will give you more than enough liquid to get everything moving.
    100 g ripe cubed cantaloupe, 1 small orange, 50 g raw spinach
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Once you have your green smoothie fruit base then add the yogurt and ice cubes. Blend again.
    ½ cup 114g plain non-fat Greek yogurt, 10 ice cubes
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
