Put the cantaloupe, orange and spinach in your blender. Just don’t do what I did and put the spinach near the blades. The melon will give you more than enough liquid to get everything moving.
100 g ripe cubed cantaloupe, 1 small orange, 50 g raw spinach
Blend until smooth.
Once you have your green smoothie fruit base then add the yogurt and ice cubes. Blend again.
