Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana about 100g
  • ½ cup usweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder Like BiPro
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter 16g
  • 1 cup 45g baby spinach (optional)
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients except the ice cubes in the blender.
    1 ripe banana, ½ cup usweetened almond milk, 2 tablespoon unsweetened Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder, 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, 1 cup 45g baby spinach (optional)
  • Process until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes and blend again.
