Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread I used Martin's Whole Wheat Potato Bread
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Chive & Onion ⅓ Fat Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Wedge
  • 2 oz sliced ham
  • Small handful of raw spinach

Instructions

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread the marmalade on one slice of bread and the cream cheese spread on the other.
2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Chive & Onion ⅓ Fat Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Wedge, 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • Pile on the ham and spinach.
2 oz sliced ham, Small handful of raw spinach
  • Press the sandwich in the skillet.
  • Cook it for about 2 minutes until the bread is nice and toasted. Then flip, press again and cover.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes then remove from the heat, cut in half, add a side of carrot sticks and pat yourself on the back for thinking outside of the sandwich box. At least that's what I did. 😉

Notes

  • This is my substitution for not having a panini press and being too lazy to pull out the George Foreman.
