Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds 26g
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries 70g
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ oz 7g slivered almonds
  • ¼ oz 7g cocoa nibs

Instructions

  • Put the chia seeds, blueberries and almond milk in a bowl.
2 tablespoon chia seeds, ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Mix everything up and let it sit for at least 2 minutes.
  • The frozen blueberries will stick together; just break them up with the spoon. After a few minutes the chia seeds will thicken the milk and the blueberries will defrost some.
    ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • Top with the almonds and cocoa nibs.
¼ oz 7g slivered almonds, ¼ oz 7g cocoa nibs

Notes

  • I put the final dish by the window, which is why it looks WAY better than the step-by-step photos. I need more natural light in my kitchen. It makes a HUGE difference!
