This chia and wild blueberry bowl is not only tasty but also incredibly healthy. With just a few simple ingredients, you can enjoy a nutritious breakfast
Put the chia seeds, blueberries and almond milk in a bowl.
2 tablespoon chia seeds, ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Mix everything up and let it sit for at least 2 minutes.
The frozen blueberries will stick together; just break them up with the spoon. After a few minutes the chia seeds will thicken the milk and the blueberries will defrost some.
½ cup frozen wild blueberries
Top with the almonds and cocoa nibs.
¼ oz 7g slivered almonds, ¼ oz 7g cocoa nibs
