Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats 80g
  • 6 tablespoon sunflower seed butter -- click here to see how I made mine. 96g (any nut butter should work)
  • ½ cup golden flaxseed meal 52g (You can always just grind whole flaxseeds as well)
  • ¼ maple syrup 82g (honey would work)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • cup dried blueberries 40g

Instructions

  • Put everything in a large bowl.
1 cup old-fashioned oats, 6 tablespoon sunflower seed butter -- click here to see how I made mine., ½ cup golden flaxseed meal, ¼ maple syrup, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ⅓ cup dried blueberries
  • Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. This makes rolling a TON easier.
  • Roll into 18 small balls. Don't do what I did and make the first 3 gigantic until you realize you aren't going to have enough.
  • Store in the fridge.
