1 cup old-fashioned oats, 6 tablespoon sunflower seed butter -- click here to see how I made mine., ½ cup golden flaxseed meal, ¼ maple syrup, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ⅓ cup dried blueberries
Mix well until everything is combined.
Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. This makes rolling a TON easier.
Roll into 18 small balls. Don't do what I did and make the first 3 gigantic until you realize you aren't going to have enough.
