  • Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees.
  • Throw everything in a bowl and toss to coat.
    10 oz ham, 1 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, ~¼ tablespoon molasses, 2 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon allspice
  • Line and spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Pour the potatoes onto the cookie sheet and spread out as much as possible.

  • Roast for 40-45 minutes tossing once or twice.

Notes

  • No molasses? No problem. It's still great without. The molasses just deepens the sweetness a bit.
  • A pinch of ground cloves and a dash of nutmeg can be used instead of the allspice.
  • This dish gets better with a little caramelization. Don't fear overcooking it a little!
  • Tastes great at room temp!
