Ingredients
  

  • 1 and ½ cups cooked spaghetti squash 230g
  • ½ cup salsa I used medium from Aldi
  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast
  • 1 oz Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • Sprinkle of dried chives or cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Pile the spaghetti squash, salsa and chicken on a plate.
    1 and ½ cups cooked spaghetti squash, ½ cup salsa, 3 oz cooked chicken breast
  • Zap in the microwave for about a minute just to warm everything up. (My squash was still a little warn from the microwave, so it didn't need much.)
  • Top with cheese and chives.
    1 oz Monterey Jack cheese, Sprinkle of dried chives or cilantro
