- 1 and ½ cups cooked spaghetti squash 230g
- ½ cup salsa I used medium from Aldi
- 3 oz cooked chicken breast
- 1 oz Monterey Jack cheese grated
- Sprinkle of dried chives or cilantro optional
Pile the spaghetti squash, salsa and chicken on a plate.
1 and ½ cups cooked spaghetti squash, ½ cup salsa, 3 oz cooked chicken breast
Zap in the microwave for about a minute just to warm everything up. (My squash was still a little warn from the microwave, so it didn't need much.)
Top with cheese and chives.
