Roasted Cauliflower Head, aka The Pufferfish Method

Roasting a whole cauliflower head is a crowd-pleaser and makes for a visually stunning dish. Make sure to save some for leftovers!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • ½ tablespoon oil I used coconut oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Wash cauliflower head.
    1 head of cauliflower
  • Cut off the bottom of the cauliflower so it can stand up in a roasting pan.
  • Smear oil on and sprinkle with salt.
    ½ tablespoon oil, Salt
  • Place in oven for 50 minutes to an hour.
  • Cut wedges and enjoy!
