Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado cubed
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half (150g)
  • ¼ cup roasted sunflower seed kernels
  • juice from 1 lime ~½ oz
  • ½ tablespoon honey 21g
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro fresh would be great but I didn't have any
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in a bowl and toss until well combined.
