Ingredients
  

  • 50 g about half of a frozen pineapple core, sliced thin (if you are using fresh just throw a few ice cubes in the mix)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut 7g
  • 50 g nonfat Greek yogurt ~ ¼ cup
  • ½ ripe banana 56g
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach 56g

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth!
