Peanut Butter Cup Protein Smoothie

This "frosty"-like protein smoothie packs a whopping 36g of protein and taste more like dessert than a post-workout breakfast.

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in the bullet and blend until smooth, thick and frothy.

Notes

  • YES, it is completely safe to consume pasteurized egg whites from the carton "raw". I've been using them as the liquid in my smoothies for years. It's a cheap and easy way to up the protein in smoothies.
  • This smoothie will increase in volume when blended. Make sure to keep enough room in the blender/bullet.
  • I use both cocoa powders because I like the flavor but you would easily use 2 tablespoon of whatever unsweetened cocoa you have. It will work just fine.
