Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package.
4 oz whole wheat rotini
While waiting for the water to boil, whisk the oil, garlic, cheese and pepper flakes together in a large bowl.
2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 4 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Once the pasta is done, add the frozen broccoli and remove from heat.
Let it sit just for a minute.
Drain the pasta and broccoli and add it to the bowl with the oil.
14 oz bag of frozen broccoli florets
Top with the Parmesan cheese.
4 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Toss well. Chill for about an hour.
I served it alongside the London broil. It made such a great meal we have NO leftovers!
