Prepare egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and rinse them then set aside.

In a large skillet, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, cook the chopped onion over medium heat until tender.

Add in the broccoli and 1 cup of turkey or chicken broth and cover with a tight lid. Let this steam for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is beginning to become tender.

Uncover the skillet and add in the cream soup, Italian seasoning, black pepper, remaining broth, cream corn, and shredded turkey.
10.75 oz. fat-free cream of chicken soup, 15 oz. creamed corn, 2 cups cooked turkey breast, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon black pepper, Salt to taste
Stir to combine the ingredients then lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add in the prepared noodles and stir.
Serve with additional black pepper and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
