  • Put everything except the ice in the blender and blend. I use my Bullet. It works like a charm.
    ½ Mango, ½ Banana, 2 cups baby spinach, 3 oz Orange Juice, 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder
  • Add the ice and blend again until smooth.
    ~5 ice cubes
