No-Bake Chocolate Cranberry Thumbprints

These no-bake chocolate cranberry thumbprints are the perfect sweet treat that require no oven time. Super easy to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g of dates about 5
  • 50 g of dried cranberries
  • 50 g of shelled walnuts
  • 10 g 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Low Sugar Strawberry Preserves

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients except the preserves in you processor or magic bullet. Pulse until most large chunks are broken up and then process until everything comes together kind of like a dough.
    50 g of dates, 50 g of dried cranberries, 50 g of shelled walnuts, 10 g 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, pinch of salt, ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Roll the dough into loose balls approximately 12g a piece. Then press your thumb or forefinger in the center to make a small impression.
  • You can use any jelly or preserves you like. My favorite is this low sugar Strawberry.
    1 tablespoon Low Sugar Strawberry Preserves
  • Dollop a small amount in each impression.
  • That's it!
