Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz uncooked whole wheat pasta
  • Small can 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans rinsed and drained (you could use any beans)
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package.
    4 oz uncooked whole wheat pasta
  • Drain, rinse and return to the post. Add the all the remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer on medium low heat stirring to coat the pasta in the sauce.
    Small can, 1 can, ½ teaspoon dried basil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, Salt & Pepper
  • Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese!
    Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
