These quick kabobs are a surefire way to impress your family and friends at your next barbecue. With minimal prep and cook time, you'll have more time to enjoy the party!
Put the chicken, peppers, pineapple and tomatoes in large bowl, preferably with a lid for shaking!
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small chunks, 2 small-medium green peppers cut into chunks, 1 cup pineapple cut into chunks, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, black pepper
Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and spices to the bowl and mix (or shake).
Skewer in a fun pattern like the toddler here (of course after playing drums) and grill over medium high heat for about 8 minutes turning to prevent burning. Makes 9 kabobs.
