  • Put the chicken, peppers, pineapple and tomatoes in large bowl, preferably with a lid for shaking!
    8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small chunks, 2 small-medium green peppers cut into chunks, 1 cup pineapple cut into chunks, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, black pepper
  • Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and spices to the bowl and mix (or shake).
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Skewer in a fun pattern like the toddler here (of course after playing drums) and grill over medium high heat for about 8 minutes turning to prevent burning. Makes 9 kabobs.
