No need to spend hours in the kitchen to enjoy delicious French toast. With this recipe, you can whip up a tasty breakfast in minutes!

- 1 egg
- splash of your favorite milk about an ounce
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 slices of your favorite whole grain bread
- non-stick cooking spray
Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat.
whisk the egg, milk and spices in a flat bottom bowl or dish.
1 egg, splash of your favorite milk, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Spray the skillet with non-stick spray.
Dip the bread quickly in the egg (both sides) and place on the skillet.
4 slices of your favorite whole grain bread
Flip after 2-3 minutes when the toast become a nice golden brown.
Serve with a bit of syrup!
