Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz 28g of your favorite soy crisps (like these, I also put more in the store)
  • ¼ of a green pepper diced
  • ½ oz fancy shredded mexican cheese blend
  • sprinkle of chili powered and dried cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Arrange soy crisps on small plate. Top with peppers and cheese.

  • Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder and cilantro. Serve with a side of salsa.
