1 oz 28g of your favorite soy crisps (like these, I also put more in the store) ¼ of a green pepper diced ½ oz fancy shredded mexican cheese blend sprinkle of chili powered and dried cilantro
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Arrange soy crisps on small plate. Top with peppers and cheese.
