Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Banana
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • About 2 cups of fresh watermelon need it whole for effect
  • ½ oz roasted almonds I used the Emerald Cocoa Roast Dark Choc. Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Cut the banana down the middle, lengthwise and place in bowl.
    1 medium Banana
  • Scoop large circle pieces of watermelon using a tablespoon or ice cream scoop. Place on the bananas. Sprinkle with the blueberries and almonds.
