Place all ingredients in a bowl... and combine with hands.
1 7 oz can of tuna packed in water drained as much as possible, 1 egg, 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese, ¾ cups old fashioned oats, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried cumin, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon dried cilantro, pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, Dash of hot sauce to taste
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Form the tuna mixture into 3-4 patties and place directly on hot skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes a side until browning and warmed thru and browned.

I served mine on a whole grain sandwich thin with a hunk of the aging green pepper (I need SOMETHING green on my burgers) and some salsa on top. And of course, I paired it with carrot sticks. 🙂
