½ of a large ruby red grapefruit, 1 serving of oatmeal prepared according to package
  • Run your knife along the outer edge of the grapefruit and then cut the triangles of fruit out of the halve following the natural divisions between the pieces. Remove the sections and set aside. Gently squeeze out the remaining juice from the half and add it to the sections.
  • Using a spoon, scrape out the half hollowing for our grapefruit bowl.
  • Once the oatmeal is done, add the grapefruit sections with juice.
  • Stir to combine and add to the "grapefruit bowl."
  • Drizzle with the honey, top with the sunflower seeds and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
