Gather and weigh out all the ingredients first. I'm finding this step helps immensely in planning and cleanup.
Stack the sandwich. Start with ½ slice of cheese, top with the turkey and then the plum slices.

Lay the spinach on top and then the second half of cheese. Lay this half in the other direction than the first so you get cheese in every bite.

Grill the sandwich either in a skillet or a panini press. You guys know by now I use my George Foreman. It took 4 minutes total on the heated grill. I turned it once to cook evenly, as the Foreman squishes it forward
