Ingredients
  

  • small slice of onion diced
  • ½ green pepper cut into strips
  • ½ oz deli ham cut into small squares
  • 2 egg whites or about 65g of egg white from the carton
  • Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ of a whole wheat sandwich thin

Instructions
 

  • Heat the small pan over medium and spray with a bit of non-stick cooking spray. Add the onion.

  • Dice 1-2 strips of the green pepper. Add them and the cut up ham to the onion.

  • Cook until the onion, peppers and ham brown a little.
    ½ oz deli ham cut into small squares
  • Add the egg white and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    2 egg whites, Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper, ½ of a whole wheat sandwich thin
  • Let it cook for a a few minutes while the egg sets. Then fold over one half.
  • Let it continue to cook for a minute while you prepare the "bun."
  • Flip the egg and cook for one last minute. Then add it to the "bun."
