½ ripe banana 1 small ripe pear 2 oz Fat Free Yogurt 56g (I used Greek) ¼ teaspoon ground ginger 1-2 cups raw spinach I used about 45 g 2 oz of water ¼ cup 5 ice cubes
Put everything except the ice in the blender and blend until smooth.
