Ingredients
  

  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 small ripe pear
  • 2 oz Fat Free Yogurt 56g (I used Greek)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1-2 cups raw spinach I used about 45 g
  • 2 oz of water ¼ cup
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put everything except the ice in the blender and blend until smooth.
    ½ ripe banana, 1 small ripe pear, 2 oz Fat Free Yogurt, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, 1-2 cups raw spinach, 2 oz of water
  • Add the ice and blend again.
    5 ice cubes
