Ingredients
  

  • 6 stems of Bok Choy with leaves large enough to wrap
  • 1 5 oz can of Tuna packed in water drained well
  • 1 Wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb
  • ½ tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Pull out just 5 little ingredients.
  • Washed the Bok Choy and pull off 6 stems with large, good looking leaves.
    6 stems of Bok Choy with leaves large enough to wrap
  • Cut the stems just below the leafy part and dice.
  • Mix the diced stems, tuna, Laughing Cow, Soy Sauce, and ground ginger to make the tuna salad.
    1 Wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb, ½ tablespoon Soy Sauce, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, 1 5 oz can of Tuna packed in water drained well
  • Take a scoop of the tuna salad and place in the center of a Bak Choi leaf. Roll.
