6 stems of Bok Choy with leaves large enough to wrap 1 5 oz can of Tuna packed in water drained well 1 Wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb ½ tablespoon Soy Sauce ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Pull out just 5 little ingredients.
Washed the Bok Choy and pull off 6 stems with large, good looking leaves.
6 stems of Bok Choy with leaves large enough to wrap
Cut the stems just below the leafy part and dice.
Mix the diced stems, tuna, Laughing Cow, Soy Sauce, and ground ginger to make the tuna salad.
