1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb, ½ leftover baked potato
Make sure to get down to the skin. The more you get, the better and creamer the whole potato gets.
Top with a sprinkle of bacon bits and chives.
1 teaspoon real bacon bits, Sprinkle of dried chives
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for at least 10 minutes until warmed through and tips start to brown.
I served it with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Dry-Rubbed Pan-Fried London Broil.
