  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package.
    4 oz whole wheat rotini
  • While waiting for the water to boil, whisk the oil, garlic, cheese and pepper flakes together in a large bowl.
    2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 4 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Once the pasta is done, add the frozen broccoli and remove from heat.
  • Let it sit just for a minute.
  • Drain the pasta and broccoli and add it to the bowl with the oil.
    14 oz bag of frozen broccoli florets
  • Top with the Parmesan cheese.
    4 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Toss well. Chill for about an hour.
  • I served it alongside the London broil. It made such a great meal we have NO leftovers!
