5-Minute Sun Butter! (Sunflower Seed Butter)

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz roasted unsalted sunflower seed kernels 227g
  • 1 tablespoon honey more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil any oil may work
  • Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put just the seeds in your food processor and pulse a few times to get the started. Then run for about a minute.
    8 oz roasted unsalted sunflower seed kernels
  • Scrape down the sides and process again. Do this a few times until a ball starts to form.
  • At this point add the honey, salt and oil. Let it run until it reaches your desired smoothness.
    1 tablespoon honey, Pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Transfer to a saved peanut butter jar and voila!
