- 8 oz roasted unsalted sunflower seed kernels 227g
- 1 tablespoon honey more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil any oil may work
- Pinch of salt to taste
Put just the seeds in your food processor and pulse a few times to get the started. Then run for about a minute.

Scrape down the sides and process again. Do this a few times until a ball starts to form.
At this point add the honey, salt and oil. Let it run until it reaches your desired smoothness.

Transfer to a saved peanut butter jar and voila!
