Find a fun glass and layer all the ingredients starting with the yogurt, then apples, then walnuts, a dash of cinnamon and the honey.
~½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, small green apple, ½ oz walnuts, Cinnamon to taste, ½ tablespoon honey
Make sure to drizzle the honey lightly. You'll be amazed how a little goes a long way when you don't mix it in.
