Apple and Walnut Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • ~½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt 130g
  • small green apple cubed (~100g)
  • ½ oz walnuts finely chopped (14g)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • ½ tablespoon honey 10g

Instructions
 

  • Find a fun glass and layer all the ingredients starting with the yogurt, then apples, then walnuts, a dash of cinnamon and the honey.

  • Make sure to drizzle the honey lightly. You'll be amazed how a little goes a long way when you don't mix it in.

Notes

  • The best light in my kitchen for quick shots is on the floor by my sliding doors, just in case you are wondering. My family has gotten used to me laying there with my camera and a random snack all the time.
