- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 oz of your favorite cheese cubed (I used monterey jack)
- 1 oz cubed ham
- 1 teaspoon grainy dijon mustard
Heat the broiler or toaster oven.
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and hollow it out with a tablespoon.

Toss the ham and cheese with the mustard. Make sure the cubes aren't too big. They need to fit in the zucchini!
1 oz of your favorite cheese, 1 oz cubed ham, 1 teaspoon grainy dijon mustard
Pile the ham and cheese in the zucchini boats.
Place under the broiler for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before biting into the cheesiness, and yes, it's totally pickup-able!
