Cook the oats, water, extract, salt and cocoa powder over medium-high heat. Once it starts to boil and thicken add the peanut butter and stir to melt in.
30 g old-fashioned oatmeal, ½ cup water, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, Pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Continue to cook until it thickens and most of the water is absorbed.
Remove from heat and stir in mashed banana.
