½ California avocado 1 lb extra-lean ground turkey I used 99% ½ red bell pepper diced (60g) 1 small onion diced (60g) 10 g fresh cilantro chopped ½ teaspoon kosher salt Juice of 1 lime ¾ of an ounce 8 small corn tortillas or 2 for however many you plan on eating
Run your knife through the avocado making a small checkerboard pattern - this helps make sure there's won't be any large chunks.
½ California avocado
Scoop the avocado into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
1 lb extra-lean ground turkey, ½ red bell pepper, 1 small onion, Juice of 1 lime
Combine well with hands and form into 4 patties.
Grill about 7 minutes a side over medium heat.
Warm the tortillas on the grill during the last few minutes of cooking.
8 small corn tortillas
I used the tortillas as a bun and topped with a bit of salsa and cilantro.
