Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion cut in half
  • 4-5 medium potatoes cut in half if needed
  • 1 whole chicken ~5 lbs
  • Salt and seasonings of your choice I used a garlic, thyme, cumin and sage mixture

Instructions
 

  • Place the onion and potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the whole chicken on top, spinkle with spices, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
    1 onion, 4-5 medium potatoes, 1 whole chicken, Salt and seasonings of your choice
  • That's it! Go to work, come home and eat!
