Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker except the beef and whisk together.
¼ low sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon molasses, 2 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 inch fresh ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, ⅓ cup oat flour
Add the beef, toss to coat.
