  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.  
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until completely blended and the seasonings are incorporated well.
    12 oz extra lean ground turkey, 1 egg, ½ cup quick oats, 2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dehydrated onion, 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Spray the baking sheet with non-stick spray and then form 10 meatballs from the mixture placing them about 1" apart on the baking sheet.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 8 minutes then turn and continue cooking for an additional 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Serve alone or with your favorite pasta and sauce for a great meal.
