2 small or 1 large whole wheat pitas 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce 2 oz leftover turkey or chicken even short cuts would work about ¼ cup diced bell pepper I used an orange one 1 oz light 2% Cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Use a BBQ brush to spread the BBQ sauce into the nook and crannies of the pita.
2 small or 1 large whole wheat pitas, 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
Top with the turkey, bell peppers and cheese.
