Ingredients
  

  • 2 small or 1 large whole wheat pitas
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 2 oz leftover turkey or chicken even short cuts would work
  • about ¼ cup diced bell pepper I used an orange one
  • 1 oz light 2% Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Use a BBQ brush to spread the BBQ sauce into the nook and crannies of the pita.
    2 small or 1 large whole wheat pitas, 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • Top with the turkey, bell peppers and cheese.
    2 oz leftover turkey, about ¼ cup diced bell pepper, 1 oz light
  • Bake about 10 minutes.
