½ cup Old Fashioned Oats 40g 6 oz of water Pinch of Salt 1 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter 14g ½ ripe Banana Mashed ½ tablespoon Mini-Chocolate Chips
Put the water, oats, salt and peanut butter in a small pot.
½ cup Old Fashioned Oats, 6 oz of water, Pinch of Salt, 1 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes until all the water is absorbed.
While the oats are cooking, mash your banana. I shared the other half with this Little Bean.
½ ripe Banana Mashed
Once the water is all absorbed, and the oats are nice and gooey, add them to the mashed banana and mix everything together.
As if that wasn't tasty enough, top with the chocolate chips!
