Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder 10g
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon 21g maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in the blender.
    ½ avocado, 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, pinch of kosher salt, ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites, 1 tablespoon 21g maple syrup
  • Blend until smooth. You will have to work it down to the blades a bit, it sticks a bit as there isn't much liquid.
