Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium.
Whisk the whey, flour, and baking powder together. Set aside.
½ cup 30 g Sprouted Wheat Flour 100% Whole Grain, ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder, 2 scoops Unflavored Whey Protein
Mash the banana in another bowl. Whisk in almond milk, egg, and vanilla until frothy.
1 ripe banana mashed, 2 fluid ounce unsweetened almond milk, 1 large, 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just combined.
Pour ½ cup of the batter on the griddle.
Makes 6 pancakes.
