Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
50 g non-fat Greek yogurt, 100 g cooked turkey meat chopped, 3 carrot sticks chopped, 2 radishes chopped, 1 celery stick chopped, ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, juice from half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste
  • Done!

Notes

  • I used the veggies I had leftover from the holiday but you could, of course, use whatever you have on hand. Just make sure you get some crunch in there.
  • If you don't have turkey use chicken! It's would be just as good!
  • I'm giving the nutritional info for the salad solo since you may use it in a different way or on a different brand of pita. Just be sure to count that separately if you track.
