50 g non-fat Greek yogurt, 100 g cooked turkey meat chopped, 3 carrot sticks chopped, 2 radishes chopped, 1 celery stick chopped, ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, juice from half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste

Notes
I used the veggies I had leftover from the holiday but you could, of course, use whatever you have on hand. Just make sure you get some crunch in there.
If you don't have turkey use chicken! It's would be just as good!
I'm giving the nutritional info for the salad solo since you may use it in a different way or on a different brand of pita. Just be sure to count that separately if you track.
