About the Author

Roni NooneOnce an assistant professor of Web Technology, Roni Noone has changed her career path drastically. In 2005, she started a weight-loss blog, RonisWeigh.com, to shed 70 pounds, start a running habit, get over a fear of weight training and complete her first marathon. Now she shares her love of food on GreenLiteBites.com while letting readers know what her picky husband and 5-year-old think of her latest kitchen creations.

Roni is also the founder and host of the annual FitBloggin' conference, which brings new and seasoned health, wellness, fitness and weight-loss bloggers together for knowledge, personal growth and networking. Recognizing the power of blogging, she also started a supportive online community called BlogToLose, where more than 4,000 users are blogging to reach their own weight-loss goals. Roni lives in Maryland with her husband, son and soon-to-be new baby boy.
