I did it! I finally got my act together and recorded a video!
5 minutes in the morning. 5 minutes after work. Dinner done!
You really can’t beat it.
Here’s what I did in case you don’t have time to watch my 4-minute video…
- 1 onion, cut in half
- 4-5 medium potatoes, cut in half if needed
- 1 whole chicken, ~5 lbs
- Salt and seasonings of your choice (I used a garlic, thyme, cumin and sage mixture)
Place the onion and potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the whole chicken on top, spinkle with spices, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
That’s it! Go to work, come home and eat!
