So sorry I’ve been MIA here on GreenLiteBites. I’ve been cooking and actually snapping lots of photos but finding time to actually post is proving difficult. I’m in the home stretch of FitBloggin‘ planning and this my last year doing so. One of the reasons I’m bowing out is to focus on more on my personal blogs and projects including #wycwyc and GreenLiteBites. I miss recording videos, my cooking with kids series and remember my school lunch posts? I don’t think I’ve posted one of those in years!
All that to say, bear with me for a few more weeks. My goal is to post at least weekly but I can’t make any promises.
Take it and run.
- Raw green beans, washed and trimmed
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Kosher salt
Thread the green beans sideways on the skewer.
Spray both sides with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
Cook on the grill over low heat about 4-5 minutes a side until the tips just start to brown.
Such an easy way to make a veggie side on the grill.
Fun, too! Even the kids liked this one.
