Yay for episode 2 of Cooking With Kids!
I didn’t think it was going to happen. Our evenings are getting busier and busier and it’s hard enough just getting dinner cooked, let alone cooking while teaching and recording!
That being said, I absolutely LOVE making these!
As you’ll see in the video we kept things super simple: Precooked rice, frozen broccoli, etc. My local grocery has a sale on tuna every few months and we always grab a few steaks. It’s by far the kids’ favorite fish (besides fish sticks, which I rarely buy anymore).
