I welcome you into my crazy kitchen for a midweek dinner where I attempt to get as much kale in us as possible. I share my thoughts, tips and ideas on how I use kale in a practical way for my family.

My ultimate message: Don’t fear the kale! It just takes some getting used to and the health benefits can’t be beat.

    Have you thought about making kale/mash potato dish. My husband is Dutch so we have boorenkool a lot in the winter time. It is a comfort food for him, we also make hutspot with carrots. Reply

    We love kale chips too! I'm also obsessed with raw kale salads! They are so delicious and you can dress them ahead of time so that the kale kind of marinates in the vinaigrette! Perfect for packing to take to work or the beach! Reply

    I love toward the end where Evan starts eating your bbq brush. Great idea and I'm looking forward to trying it. Maybe I'll show Carter the video (or at least the end where Ryan says how good it is) before I give it to him. BTW, you are SO natural in your videos. I'm envious. Reply
